Cancellation
Your orders are important to us. But we understand that things happen. You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive an e-credit (valid for 6 months from the date of purchase) provided your order has not been confirmed for delivery. Cancellations requests may be sent via email and a service representative will contact you regarding the same.
Exchange
Items may be exchanged on the basis of factory faults or malfunctions within the first 30 days of purchase.
Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged
E-Credit
All E-Credits distributed by The Lancaster Brand are valid for 6 months after issuance and cannot be used for promotional items.
